Food will be delivered in disposable aluminum trays. There will not be any setup of food in chafing dish.
Disposable plates, cutlery and serviette are not provided.

Serving Duration

Food is best to consumed in 2 hours upon delivery.
We will not be liable for the food quality nor food contamination if any food is consumed after the recommended time.

Others

We do not allow any changes in the dishes. Any changes in the dish selections will incur extra cost.
We will not hold responsible for lack of successful or complaints for events caused by changes from clients within 48 hours.
We are HALAL certified and we DO NOT SERVE PORK in all events.

Transportation

Transportation charges is NOT inclusive of the price quoted.
Transportation charges is based on the distance from our central kitchen.
Driver will drop off food at LOBBY or GROUND FLOOR for high rise offices or condominiums.
Please kindly arrange someone to collect the food from the drop off area.
